Account verification is a security and identification procedure carried out by our banking partners, Adyen and PayPal.

Why do I need to verify my account?

When you are asked to verify information, payments to the account concerned (bank and/or PayPal account) are paused. Verification then becomes necessary so that each of your payments can be made.

How do I verify my account?

An email will be sent to you and a notification will appear in your account when you need to carry out a verification step.
