The collected amount that is displayed on your page corresponds to the current Tips, meaning the sum of:

• the one-time Tips paid during the current month (by those Tippers who have chosen to only support you once);
• the ongoing recurring Tips (by those Tippers who have chosen to support you on a regular basis).

The collected amount is reset at the start of each month.

This reset only removes one-time Tips. The new amount therefore includes the recurring Tips that are still in progress, which will continue to be paid to you in the coming months, if they have not been cancelled.

Please remember that this amount is just an estimate of the amount that will be paid to you at the end of next month and doesn’t take into account any non-payments. To learn more about the paid amounts and to access your payment history, please go to the section “My payments” from your page’s menu.
